Park Rules and Regulations/Site License Agreement
  1. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. If we get returned check from you then all future payments will be required as cash, cashier's check or money order.
  2. Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on these premises.
  3. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person or party arising out of its use of its facilities or caused by others while on the premises.
  4. The park speed limit is 5 mph.
  5. Only 1 RV and 2 vehicles per RV space. Additional vehicles require approval and an additional fee of $40 per mnth.
  6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  7. Clothes lines are not permitted.
  8. Your site must be kept litter free. Do not let items accumulate under or around your camper.
  9. No campfires or tents allowed.
  10. No swimming in pond.
  11. No unregistered or uninspected vehicles in park. Vehicles that do not run must be removed from the park. You will be given a chance to move them. If you fail to move them, we will have them removed at your expense.
  12. Loud, boisterous or drunken behavior will result a call to the Sheriff and will result in in you and your party being asked to leave the park.
  13. Most pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times. Pet noise shall not disturb other park guests. Picking up your dog's POOP every time he POOPS is your responsibility.
  14. The following dogs are NOT allowed:
  15. Pit Bull
  16. Rottweiler
  17. Husky
  18. German Shepherd
  19. Chow
  20. Any dog that is aggressive towards people or other dogs
  21. The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the property is prohibited.
  22. No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapons in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
  23. No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises
  24. 4 Wheelers and ATVs are NOT Allowed in the park.
  25. Parents are solely responsible for the behavior, actions, and safety of their children. Children shall not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other park guests
  26. You are responsible for the conduct of their guests. All overnight guests must be registered.
  27. Must notify management if you expect more than 1 visitor per day - park for residential use only - no businesses.
  28. A sewer hose "Donut" or "L" connector is required
  29. Do not leave trash outside your unit overnight- place all trash bags in park dumpster
  30. Park rules and Policies are subject to change.

  32. You may NOT assign or sublet your site. You are being provided services under a site services agreement.
  33. We maintain a "NO REFUND" policy, subject to special circumstances at our sole and absolute discretion. This means that if you move out in the middle of the month, or, or, if you violate these Rules and Regulations and are required to move after we give you Notice to Depart (upon expiration of provided time frame criminal trespass occurs pursuant to Texas Penal Code Section 30.05). We do NOT give pro-rated refunds. In the event you move without paying all unpaid amounts, you authorize us to collect these amounts immediately through any account we have on file.


    34. THE APPLICANT ("APPLICANT") ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE OWNER, its agents, attorney and/or real estate broker has the right (but not the obligation) to conduct one or more credit checks on Applicant at any time, for any reason and without notice to Applicant, and to verify all information contained herein.
    THIS REGISTRATION IS SUBJECT TO ACCEPTEANCE OR REJECTION AT ANY TIME BY THE OWNER AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. Please make sure all information is complete.
    If your company verifies your information with the "The Work Number", or a pay per use reference; applicant is responsible for the fees associated with the reference check.
    Applicant represents and warrants that all of the information contained herein is true in all respects.

    By submitting this form, you have acknowledge and agree to all rules, terms, conditions, and statements herein and will subsequently sign documents so indicating.
